Growth as a service — freelance

Paid media measured on pipeline, not clicks

I'm Elad. I work with B2B SaaS and tech companies to turn paid marketing into real business growth. From strategy to execution, I work as part of your team to find what works, improve performance, and build a stronger pipeline.

The problem

Your paid budget is going up. Your pipeline isn't.

Leads that never become opportunities. A CFO asking what LinkedIn or Google actually returned, and a dashboard full of clicks to answer with. I know that spot, and I know how to get out of it.

Volume that doesn't convert

The lead count looks healthy and the opportunity count doesn't move. Targeting is built on personas, not on who actually buys.

Spend rising with CAC

Every extra dollar costs more than the last one, because the account structure was built for scale it never got tested for.

Reporting that can't answer the CFO

Platform numbers and CRM numbers disagree, last-click buries the channels doing the influencing, and nobody can price an opportunity.

What usually fixes it

Not more budget. A real ICP pulled from CRM data, measurement that works server-side before spend scales, account structure to meet the ICPs in several objectives and formats and campaigns judged on stage movement at target accounts.

Results, not promises

Proof, counted in pipeline

Impressions, clicks and CTR are diagnostics, not outcomes. These are the numbers I am accountable for: opportunities created, revenue closed, and the cost of getting there.

The LinkedIn insider edge

After 2 years inside LinkedIn's own marketing solutions team, I know what actually works, how to cut costs and which objectives fit each region. Applied across cybersecurity, finance, AI & SaaS tools and more industries.

What I report on

Opportunities created and their source, stage movement on target accounts, pipeline influenced against spend, and cost per opportunity by segment. Reach and engagement sit underneath as diagnostics, never as the headline.

Career highlights

13 years. Three sides of the table.

I've led growth, managed demand generation teams and worked directly with B2B SaaS and cybersecurity companies at LinkedIn. That experience shaped how I approach marketing: connecting strategy, execution and measurement to real business outcomes.

A few things I've learned along the way
01

Growth is more than lead generation.

The goal is to create qualified opportunities and turn marketing investment into pipeline and revenue.

02

Better measurement leads to better decisions.

I've implemented multi-touch attribution, lead scoring and reporting frameworks to help teams understand what drives results.

03

LinkedIn is more than a media channel.

I've helped companies refine their ICP, improve campaigns, build audiences and turn insights into stronger performance.

04

Strategy only matters when it's executed.

I've built paid media teams, led cross-functional initiatives and worked hands-on across campaigns, creative and optimization.

Today, I bring that mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience to B2B companies that want their marketing to do more than generate clicks.

About me

Who you'd be working with

I help SaaS companies scale demand generation, building the strategy from scratch.

Before going independent I spent two years in LinkedIn's marketing solutions team, led performance at Outbrain through its IPO and built Teramind's paid engine from zero. Now I bring that to your team as an embedded partner, accountable for the pipeline number.
